Each week, Dany Craig, owner of Practical Bodies fitness and massage, will give you training tips on certain exercises, equipment, and suggestions on how you can get the most out of your workout to ensure your success.

This week's tip:
Track your workouts. Keep a daily or weekly log to track all of your workouts so that you can ensure that you are progressing in the right direction and keeping your body challenged. Track such things as frequency, duration, intensity, weight sizes, sets, reps and how you felt during and after your workouts.

Additional tips include:

Eat regularly - don't skip meals
Have back up plans for all of your workouts in case of a conflict
Avoid highly processed foods whenever possible
